Welcome to Wunderbar Travels LLP. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and all bookings made through us. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you (Customer/ Client/ Traveller) agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.

1. Scope of Services
1.1 Wunderbar Travels operates as an international travel agency offering:
Flight ticket reservations and issuance.
Hotel and accommodation bookings.
Visa and travel document assistance.
Transportation and transfers.
Custom-designed tour packages and cultural experiences.
1.2 We act as an intermediary between the traveler and service providers (airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurance companies, etc.). Your contract for specific services may also be directly with these third-party providers.

2. Eligibility
2.1 By making a booking with us, you confirm that you:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
Will use our services in compliance with applicable laws.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate and complete information (passport details, visa applications, health declarations, etc.) required for your travel.

3. Bookings & Payment
3.1 Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a booking confirmation.
Provisional bookings without payment are not considered confirmed.
3.2 Payments
We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other approved methods.
Full payment deadlines vary depending on the service provider’s terms and will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.3 Failure to Pay
If payment deadlines are not met, Wunderbar Travels LLP reserves the right to cancel the booking, and applicable cancellation charges will apply.

4. Pricing & Surcharges
4.1 Prices quoted are based on the prevailing rates at the time of booking. They may fluctuate due to:
Exchange rate variations.
Airline or supplier price changes.
Tax increases, government levies, or fuel surcharges.
4.2 Any increases after booking confirmation will be communicated promptly. Customers are responsible for paying such additional charges.
4.3 Prices generally include only those services specified in the booking confirmation (e.g., accommodation, transfers, meals where stated). Optional services, excursions, and personal expenses are excluded unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Cancellation by Customer
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter).
Cancellation charges will apply as per the following policy (unless otherwise specified in your booking):
More than 30 days before departure: Up to 25% of total trip cost.
15–30 days before departure: 50% of total trip cost.
Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total trip cost (non-refundable).
5.2 Non-Refundable Services
Airline tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and certain hotel or supplier bookings may be completely non-refundable, irrespective of cancellation timeframes.
5.3 Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 21 working days, subject to receipt from the respective service providers.
5.4 Cancellation by Company
In rare cases, if Wunderbar Travels LLP must cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative arrangement will be offered.

6. Amendments & Changes
6.1 By Customer
Any request for changes (dates, names, itineraries, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur amendment fees and fare differences.
6.2 By Company
Wunderbar Travels reserves the right to amend itineraries, schedules, or services due to operational issues, safety concerns, weather conditions, political unrest, or other unavoidable circumstances.

7. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
7.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents:
Passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond return date).
Visas, permits, vaccinations, or other required documents.
7.2 Wunderbar Travels provides visa assistance but cannot guarantee approvals, as decisions are solely made by the respective embassies/authorities.
7.3 Any denial of entry, fines, or deportation due to insufficient documents will be the sole responsibility of the traveler.

8. Health, Safety & Insurance
8.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to check health requirements for the destination country and obtain required vaccinations or health clearances.
8.2 Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation in travel programs.
8.3 We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering:
Medical emergencies and hospitalization.
Trip cancellation and interruption.
Baggage loss or theft.
Flight delays and missed connections.
8.4 Wunderbar Travels shall not be liable for medical expenses, accidents, or personal losses during travel.

9. Responsibilities & Liability
9.1 Company Role
Wunderbar Travels acts as an agent for third-party suppliers and shall not be liable for acts, omissions, or failures of these providers.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for delays, accidents, loss of property, injury, illness, or death caused by suppliers, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9.3 Customer Conduct
Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and comply with local laws and customs.
Any damage to property or misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

10. Force Majeure
10.1 Wunderbar Travels shall not be held responsible for service disruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, cyclones, etc.).
War, terrorism, political unrest.
Pandemics, epidemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
Strikes, lockouts, or labor disputes.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and itineraries, is the intellectual property of Wunderbar Travels.
11.2 No part of the content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

12. Privacy Policy
12.1 We value your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings will be used only for processing reservations, legal compliance, and marketing purposes where consented.
12.2 We will not sell or disclose customer information to third parties, except as required to fulfill bookings or by law.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Haryana.
13.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat/India.

14. Amendments to Terms
14.1 Wunderbar Travels reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14.2 The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon publication on our website.
